Culture OC (“we,” “us”) operates cultureoc.com. This policy describes our data practices for the website, booking forms, and marketing communications.
Information We Collect
Contact information (name, email, phone) submitted through our forms; goals and intake information you choose to provide; appointment and transaction records; aggregate campaign tags; and, only when you accept optional measurement, analytics cookies and advertising identifiers. Payment information is processed by Stripe — Culture OC does not store full card details.
How We Use Your Information
To respond to inquiries, reserve and deliver services, coordinate appointments, send communications you request or consent to receive, reconcile campaign performance, prevent fraud, and improve our services.
Cookies and Measurement
Optional analytics and advertising measurement defaults to off until you make a choice. If you accept, Google and Meta may receive page or conversion measurement and related identifiers. If you decline, Culture OC may still retain non-cookie campaign tags, such as source and campaign names, with a lead or order for aggregate first-party reporting. We do not send health-intake answers to Meta.
Information Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We use service providers such as Stripe for payments, our current customer-relationship and booking systems, Cloudflare for website delivery, and Google or Meta for optional measurement. Each provider receives only the information needed for its role or your selected measurement choice.
